42Networks, a unit within PacketFront focusing on customer premises equipment (CPE) and Voice-over-IP software, is working in partnership with the Panama-based pay television and telecommunications company CTV Telecom, and Cisco partner and total system integrator Sonitel, to deliver 3000 fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) CPE solutions to the area. "Molding our solution to the needs of the user is what we at CTV telecom are all about, and Sonitel/42Networks plays an important role in helping us achieve our vision of offering each customer a unique service." 42Networks' comprehensive line of CPE devices, means operators and service providers can offer flexible triple play services. "This is an important step into the thriving Latin American region for us and we are very excited to be a part of this innovative CTV solution," said Timo Kuusela, VP OEM Sales of 42Networks. "We are delighted to have the co-operation of 42Networks," said Eric Jethmal, Sonitel Networks Business Development Manager.
