Title: Prenax acquires IS Abonnements

Prenax SAS, - the Paris-based subscription agency - has acquired all shares in IS Abonnements. Through this acquisition, Prenax doubles in size and increases its capacity to serve clients all over France.

"We have been talking to IS Abonnements and its founder, Alain de Maistre, for some months and I am very pleased that today we can announce this acquisition," says Jérôme Conquet, Country Manager, Prenax SAS. "For thirty years, IS Abonnements has built a strong reputation in the French market. This success is demonstrated by its constantly increasing revenue. Prenax and IS Abonnements share the same values: customer satisfaction, service reactivity, and staff availability, attributes that will ease both teams' integration," Conquet continues.

"By merging the two companies and taking best practice from both, we will now become an even stronger organisation. By becoming a part of an international group like Prenax, IS Abonnements can benefit from other countries' experiences and that will directly benefit customers for their foreign subscriptions," Alain de Maistre of IS Abonnements says.
