Title: Transmode Announces Winners of Value Added Reseller Awards

Telindus Arche and Trigon win Transmode Value Added Reseller Awards for Most Successful VAR and Most Aggressive VAR at Transmode's VAR Conference in Monte Carlo

During Transmode's recent Value Added Reseller Conference held in Monte Carlo Transmode announced the winners of their inaugural VAR Awards. The two awards were for Most Successful VAR based on revenue shipped in 2004 and for the Most Aggressive VAR for the VAR which positioned Transmode products in the highest number of applications and won the highest number of new customers in 2004.

With approximately 1.6 Million Euros in revenue during 2004, Telindus Arche won the Most Successful VAR award. Telindus Arche is the leading French network integrator and is part of the Telindus group.

"We are immensely pleased to have won this award, as this validates our position as a leading reseller for Transmode and leading provider of optical solutions in the French Market," said Paul Molinier, Chief Executive Officer at Telindus Arche. "Transmode's optical networking products are a great fit for our portfolio of products and as such we look forward to many years of mutually successful business in France."

Trigon of Switzerland won the award of the Most Aggressive VAR by winning a total of 8 new customers in 2004 for Transmode's CWDM based metro optical networking solutions. Trigon addresses a wide customer base in Switzerland and this is shown by the variety of end customers which addressed industries such as media, banking, insurance, precision engineering (watch making), chocolate production and real estate and also included an ISP and a university showing the huge breadth of applications for metro WDM.

"This award is further evidence of the excellent working relationship and results achieved from the Transmode partnership," said Rinaldo Zanella, General Manager at Trigon. "The huge variety of applications for metro WDM in Switzerland represents an excellent opportunity for Trigon to continue to expand our operations and we are continuing to generate many more new WDM opportunities in 2005."

Both winners received a trophy and some fine wines from Transmode's CEO Isaac Olasoko during the VAR conference which was held to update the Transmode VAR network on recent product and company news.

"Our VAR network is an important part of Transmode's market strategy and I welcome the opportunity to recognize these VARs for their fantastic results in 2004," said Isaac Olasoko, Chief Executive Officer at Transmode. "The new bigger Transmode has a significantly wider product portfolio to take to market and we hope that Telindus Arche, Trigon and all our other VARs will have great success in all their respective markets in 2005 with the Transmode optical networking portfolio."
