EEP pursues a thematic approach to investing, focusing on sectors where significant growth opportunities exist. This results in EEP being a more effective and knowledgeable value-adding investor.

Historically we have worked in the communications and healthcare sectors but have experience from several other industries as well.

We prefer to invest in companies which have the following characteristics:

	Revenues of at least Euro 10 million and are profitable
	Strong market positions in its geographical area and niche
	Strong management
	Development potential in terms of expansion opportunities through new product introductions, acquisitions or organic growth
