EEP treats each individual investment as unique, working in partnership with you to achieve optimum results for all parties. We assist our portfolio companies with managing their growth more effectively, by helping them to identify and focus on key value drivers. We work with management to develop the business in areas such as:

Defining the right capital structure and providing the equity
Recruitment of key people
 Assembling an effective board of directors
Introductions to international partners
Negotiating strategic relationships
Honing the strategic direction and focusing on value drivers
Securing additional financing and the exit

We believe that EEP's "active but non-aggressive" investment style is well suited for the type of managers we want to work with: talented, motivated and experienced entrepreneurs looking for support, rather than a heavy hand. EEP assists you in growing your business without controlling your daily life.

EEP has Euro 63 million funds under management. We typically invest Euro 0.5 - 3 million initially, and up to Euro 10 million in total based on the company meeting key milestones and criteria. Ideally, we look to work alongside 1-2 private investors, often local VCs, in a mutually complementary relationship.
